The Big Issue Changemakers of 2024: Climate, Environment and Sustainability
Foundation: Changemakers
"We've only one planet and these are the Changemakers, campaigners and organizations striving to protect it."
So declares the Big Issue in its annual list of the world's most innovative people of 2024.
This year's honorees include a group that sells carbon credits to make social housing more energy efficient, a 16-year-old who came up with the idea to build gardens for people recovering from spinal surgery, and a group that uses data to understand how places we live in impact our health.
